摘  要:制备了Co/Ni负载型高温水解二硫化碳催化剂,探究了二硫化碳水解制取高浓度硫化氢的工艺条件。实验表明,二硫化碳在大于500℃的高温条件下转化率最高,且催化剂寿命和稳定性较低温条件下有明显的延长和提高,该负载型催化剂具有较好的工业应用前景。Co/Ni supported catalyst was prepared for high temperature hydrolysis of carbon disulfide,and the process conditions of preparation the high concentration hydrogen sulfide was studied.The results show that the conversion of carbon disulfide is the highest when the reaction temperature is more than 500℃,and that the life and stability of the catalyst are obviously prolonged and improved.The supported catalyst will have a good prospect of industrial application.
