摘 要:二聚脂肪酸广泛应用于聚酰胺树脂合成及油墨、燃料油添加剂等领域,是现代工业不可缺少的重要原材料。因含有部分有机色素和降解产物等原因,二聚脂肪酸产品普遍存在色泽过高的问题,需进行脱色处理后,方能满足市场对高品质二聚酸的要求。本文综述了物理脱色法、化学脱色法及新型脱色技术等二聚酸脱色工艺的研究进展,分析了各种脱色工艺的优缺点,并对二聚酸脱色工艺的发展方向进行了展望。Dimeric fatty acids are widely used in the synthesis of polyamide resins, ink, fuel oil additives and other fields.They are indispensable raw materials for modern industry.Due to some organic pigments and degradation products, dimeric fatty acid products generally have the problem of high color.It needs decolorization to meet the market demand for high quality dimeric acid.In this paper, the research progress of physical decolorization, chemical decolorization and new decolorization technologies for dimeric acid was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of various decolorization processes were analyzed.The development trend of the decolorization process for dimeric acid was prospected.
