摘 要:[目的]建立紫外分光光度法测定金樱子果中总皂苷的含量。[方法]以人参皂苷Re为对照品,以0.2mL香草醛-冰乙酸溶液和0.8mL高氯酸为显色剂在60℃水浴10min显色,在546nm波长处测定吸光度。人参皂苷Re线性良好,Y=3.6402x+0.0287,R^2=0.9992,精密性、稳定性、重复性RSD均小于1%,样品回收率均能大于90%。对不同产地金樱子果测定结果显示广西金樱子果含量较高,达到3.58mg/g。[结论]该方法操作简便、快速,结果稳定,重复性好,精密度高,回收率高,适用于金樱子果中总皂苷的测定.[Objective] To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total saponins in Rosa laevigata fruit.[Method] With ginsenoside Re as reference substance,0.2mL vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and 0.8mL perchloric acid as color reagent were used to develop color in a water bath at 60 ℃ for 10 min,and the absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 546 nm.The ginsenoside Re has good linearity,Y= 3.6402x + 0.0287,R^2 = 0.9992. The precision,stability and reproducibility RSD are less than 1%,and the sample recovery rate can be more than 90%. The results of the determination of Rosa sinensis fruit from different producing areas showed that the content of Rosa sakura in Guangxi was higher,reaching 3.58 mg/g.[Conclusion] The method is simple,rapid,stable,reproducible,high precision and high recovery. It is suitable for determination of total saponins in Rosa laevigata fruit.
