摘 要:为改善聚(3,4-亚乙基二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)不溶不熔的特点,用聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSS)作为掺杂剂采用化学氧化法制备了PEDOT:PSS复合材料.研究表明,当PEDOT:PSS质量比=1:3时,复合材料的溶解性最佳.在此基础上分别研究了硫酸、甲酸、乙酸作为二次掺杂剂对复合材料导电性能的影响.结果表明,二次酸掺杂的PEDOT:PSS电导率较PEDOT:PSS复合材料均有明显的提高,且硫酸掺杂效果远优于甲酸、乙酸,且硫酸的浓度达到8 mol/L时,PEDOT:PSS复合材料的电导率可高达4.22 S/cm.In order to improve the solubility of poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT),polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) was used as a dopant to prepare poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)∶polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT∶PSS) composites by chemical oxidation method. It is revealed that the solubility of the composites has the best solubility when the ration of PEDOT∶PSS is 1∶3. On this basis,the effects of sulfuric acid,formic acid and acetic acid as secondary dopants on the conductivity of the composites were studied. It is showed that the conductivity of PEDOT∶PSS doped by secondary acid is significantly higher than that of PEDOT∶PSS and the conductivity of PEDOT∶PSS doped by sulfuric acid is much higher than that of formic acid and acetic acid. When the concentration of sulfuric acid reaches 8 mol/L,the conductivity of PEDOT∶PSS can be as high as 4.22 S/cm .
