摘  要:合成了两个新型配位聚合物[Cu2(OH)(H2O)(L)3(bpp)]n(1),[Zn(L)2(H2O)(bipy)]n(2)(HL=C4H4N2O2S,4-甲基-1,2,3-噻二唑-5-甲酸;bpp=1,3-双(4-吡啶基)-丙烷;bipy=4,4’-联吡啶),用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X-射线衍射对产物进行了表征和结构测定.配合物1是双核结构,中心金属离子Cu^2+的配位数均为五,构成略为变形的三角双锥体;配合物2的中心金属离子Zn^2+的配位构型是扭曲的三角双锥结构.配合物1通过氢键形成了二维结构,配合物2通过分子间氢键和π-π堆积作用形成了三维结构.用荧光光谱法研究了配体和配合物与DNA之间的相互作用.Two coordination polymer [Cu2 (OH)(H2O)(L) 3 (bpp)] n ( 1 ),[Zn(L) 2 (H2O)(bipy)] n ( 2 ) were synthesized from 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-carboxylic acid (HL = C4H4N2O2S), Cu(CH3COO)2 ·H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and 4,4’-bipyride). Their crystal structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single X-ray diffraction method. The complex 1 is a binuclear structure with two five-coordinated Cu^2+, both of which are distorted triangular bipyramid deformation;the central metal ion Zn^2+ of complex 2 is five-coordinated forming a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Finally, complex 1 formed a two-dimensional structure and complex 2 formed a three-dimensional structure. In addition, DNA-binding of the ligand and complexes were studied by ethidium bromide (EB) fluorescent probe method.
