摘  要:湘永地1井设计孔深为1500m。钻至花桥组,井深1185.77m时,泥浆泵泵压突然增加到4.0MPa,导致泥浆泵三通密封垫被冲开并喷泥浆。综合分析认为是一起烧钻事故。多次强拉无效后,在孔深1178m处,采用水力割管器割断钻具后起钻,将孔深1078~1185.77m段用水泥封孔。为了不造成钻孔报废,针对该事故的特征,结合以往工程经验,采用螺杆钻具定向钻进进行造斜,并配备平底无心钻头满眼钻进,采取"侧钻绕障"技术避开孔内事故段,达到继续钻进的目的。该处理技术可为类似深孔钻探事故处理提供参考。Designed depth of the well XYD No.1 is 1 500m. When drilling into the Huaqiao Formation with depth of 1 185.77m, pumping pressure of the mud pump was suddenly increased to 4.0MPa, caused the three-way sealing gasket washed away and mud spraying. The comprehensive analysis has considered that is an accident of bit-burnt. After multiple invalid strong hoists, at the depth 1 178m , using hydraulic pipe cutter to cut off drilling tool and start hoisting, then cement sealed the depth sector of 1 078m~ 1 185.77m . To avoid borehole abandonment, in allusion to accident features, combined with previous project experiences, using screw drill carried out directional deflecting, equipped with flat bottom full-hole bit carried out drilling, through the "sidetracking obstacle bypassing" technology kept away the accident sector, achieved the purpose of continuing drilling. The settlement technology can provide reference for similar deep hole drilling accident settlement.
