摘  要:采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)合成乙氧基化预聚体,再与含有疏水长碳链结构的蓖麻油反应,制备蓖麻油型聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂(C-HEUR)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)对C-HEUR的分子结构和相对分子质量进行表征,并对添加了C-HEUR的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液的流变和粒径进行测试。结果表明,当C-HEUR固含量为30%、添加量为0.5%时,对WPU乳液的增稠效果优于不含蓖麻油的HEUR;当C-HEUR合成中蓖麻油用量为8份(预聚体100份)时,WPU乳液在低剪切和高剪切均具有较高的黏度,增稠效果最好,且具有良好的触变性。The castor oil type hydrophobic ethoxylated urethane (C-HEUR) associative copolymers were synthesized by different contents castor oil with long carbon chain,using prepolymers prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyethylene glycol (PEG).The molecular structure and weight of the C-HEUR were characterized by means of FT-IR and GPC.The thickening effect of the C-HEUR on the waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was studied by the rotational rheometer and the particle size analysis.The experimental results indicated that the thickening effect were enhanced after addition of 0.5% C-HEUR with the solid content of 30% compared with HEUR without castor oil.When dosage of castor oil was 8 parts(prepolymer 100 parts),the emulsion had good thixotropy and high viscosity both at high shear rate and low shear rate,and the thickening effect was the best.
