摘 要:以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG-2000)、芳香族聚酯二醇PDP-70、结晶性聚酯二醇Dynacoll 7360,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料合成了单组分湿固化聚氨酯(PU)热熔胶。通过万能力学拉力试验机、热失重分析仪(TGA)等仪器表征了不同NCO含量对PU热熔胶性能的影响,以及PU热熔胶的耐热性及耐水性。结果表明,随着NCO含量的增加,剪切强度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率增大,熔融黏度下降。当预聚体中NCO质量分数约为2.6%,PU热熔胶的性能和施胶工艺性能更好,同时具有良好的耐热性和耐水性。One-component moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive(HMPUA) was synthesized by using polypropylene glycol (PPG-2000),aromatic polyester doil PDP-70,crystalline polyester diol Dynacoll 7360,4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as main raw materials.The effects of NCO content on the properties of PU hot melt adhesive,heat resistance and water resistance of PU hot melt adhesive were tested by universal tensile test machine and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The results showed that the shear strength,tensile strength and elongation at break were increased when the NCO content increased,while the melt viscosity was decreased.When the NCO content was 2.6%,the performance and sizing process performance of HMPUA products were better,and HMPUA had good heat resistance and water resistance.
