中西医结合配合发声训练治疗声带肉芽肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察声带肉芽肿发病因素及中西医结合配合发声训练治疗声带肉芽肿临床疗效。方法声带接触性肉芽肿患者20例,分析以香砂六君子汤合乌贝散、会厌逐瘀汤加减,西药雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊口服、配合发声训练间接及直接治疗的临床效果。结果20例均有用嗓不当或过度、咽喉返流因素。经中西医药物治疗及发声训练直接+间接治疗后,20例喉接触性肉芽肿中,14例(70%)肉芽肿全部消失,肉芽肿消失时间为3~12月,平均为6.9个月,6例(30%)较前均缩小。结论喉接触性肉芽肿常为多种病因所致,中西医结合配合发声训练治疗声带肉芽肿临床疗效明显。Objective To observe the pathogenesis of vocal cord granuloma and the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of vocal cord granuloma with voice training in clinical efficacy. Methods 20 cases of patients with vocal cord contact granuloma were analyzed, and the clinical effects of oral administration of Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules, oral Chinese medicine decoction of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Tang、wubei powder and Hui Yan Zhu Yu Tang combined with voice training were analyzed. Results All of the 20 cases were affected by improper or excessive voice production and laryngopharyngeal reflux.. After conbined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine and direct and indirect voice training, 14(70%)cases of granulomas nearly disappeared, and the granuloma has disappeared for 3 to 12 months, an average of 6.9 months, and 6(70%)cases were smaller than before. Conclusions Vocal cord contact granuloma is often caused by a variety of causes, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine with voice training has obvious clinical effectin the treatment of vocal cord granuloma .
