摘  要:捻距是钢丝绳结构设计不可或缺的重要参数之一。在设计钢丝绳结构时,为降低试验成本、选出合适的捻距,以公称直径2.1 mm,1×7结构钢丝绳为研究对象,模拟不同捻距钢丝绳在拉伸载荷下的等效应力分布情况。分析模拟结果发现,随着捻距的增大,等效应力整体呈降低的趋势。同时,结合不同捻距对应的钢丝绳破断拉力变化趋势,最终选出1×7结构钢丝绳最佳捻距范围为21~25 mm。Lay length is one of the most important parameters in the structure design of wire rope. In order to reduce the test cost and select the appropriate lay length in the structure design of wire rope, the equivalent stress distribution of wire rope with different lay length under the tensile load is simulated through taking nominal diameter 2.1 mm, 1×7 structure wire rope as research object. The results of simulation show that, with the increase of lay length, the equivalent stress of wire rope decreases as a whole. Moreover, combined with the change trend of breaking force of wire rope corresponding to different lay length, the optimal range of 1×7 structure wire rope lay length 21~25 mm is selected finally.
