摘 要:选用φ6 mm SWRS82B钢丝作为镀锌材料,在460℃锌锅内分别浸镀5、15、35、65 s制成镀锌试样,利用金相分析和缠绕试验方法,分析了镀锌时间对镀层组织的影响。结果表明,镀层中的ζ和δ脆性相厚度随镀锌时间增加而增加,当浸镀时间达到65 s,镀层脆性相在缠绕试验中产生的裂纹延伸到表层的纯锌层,对镀层的耐蚀性产生不利影响。Diameter 6 mm SWRS82B steel wire was selected as galvanizing material, and galvanized samples were prepared by dipping 5, 15, 35, 65 s in galvanizing pot at 460 ℃. Effect of galvanizing time on the microstructure of galvanized layer was studied by metallographic analysis and winding test. The results show that the thickness of the ζ and δ brittle phases in the coating increase with the increase of galvanizing time, the brittle phases of the galvanized layer crack and the cracks extend to the pure zinc layer of the surface layer in the winding experiment when the galvanizing time exceeds 65 s. which has a negative impact on the corrosion resistance of the zinc coating.
