摘  要:结合实际生产控制,对钢绞线用热轧盘条机械除鳞工艺进行研究与分析。盘条氧化铁皮厚度控制在10~20μm,FeO组分比例越大对机械除鳞越有利;主要强化元素C采用"低"含量控制;盘条索氏体化率稳定在90%以上,索氏体片层间距在0.18~0.25μm,盘条塑性指标更理想;提高盘条断面收缩率指标达到30%以上。适当的母材初始强度,良好的盘条表面质量控制与防护,都将为盘条达到良好、稳定的机械除鳞效果提供必要条件。Combined with the actual production control, the mechanical descaling process of hot rolled wire rod for steel strand is studied and analyzed. The scale thickness of wire rod is controlled 10~20 μm. The larger the FeO component proportion is, the better the mechanical descaling will be. Low content control was adopted for the main strengthening element C. The sorbite rate of wire rod was stable above 90%, when the lamellar spacing of sorbite is 0.18~0.25 μm, the plastic index of wire rod is better. Raise the shrinkage index of the rod section to above 30% and the appropriate initial strength, good wire rod surface quality control and protection, reasonable process optimization and adjustment in combination with the drawing process will provide necessary conditions for the rod to achieve good and stable mechanical descaling effect.
