摘 要:针对含硫天然气净化干法脱硫所产生的脱硫富剂处置必须满足环保的要求,符合绿色矿山创建要求的现状,文章对当前脱硫富剂处置的几种方式进行了对比,分析其环境影响,梳理了几种处置方式的可行性,结合实际情况得出水泥窑炉和烧结砖协同处置是当前一种可行且较为环保的处置方式。进行了两种工艺的处置实验,分析了其工艺路线,脱硫富剂掺烧比例控制在0.5%~1%,水泥质量合格,尾气SO2排放最高值为125 mg/m^3,满足GB 29620-2013《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》;在页岩中加入5%的脱硫富剂制砖,可以达到GB 29620-2013《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》要求的300 mg/m^3以内,且SO2的总量也在当地环保部门的控制范围之内。进一步从合法合规、地域处置要求、安全环保风险、处置市场等方面分析了脱硫富剂当前处置存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了可行的建议及解决措施。For the current status that the disposal of desulfurization rich agent produced by the dry desulphurization process of sour natural gas must meet requirements of environmental protection and green mining creation.In this article,several disposal methods of desulfurization rich agent are compared,which analyzes the impact on the environment,and than the feasibility of these methods is sorted out.Combined with the practical situation,it can be concluded that the synergetic disposal by the cement kiln and vitrified brick is a kind of feasible and relative environmental-friendly treatment method.By the disposal experiments of the two kinds of process the technological process,the blending ratio of desulfurization rich agent is controlled within the amount of 0.5%-1%.The cement can be qualified,and the maximum exhaust emission within the concentration of 125 mg/m^3 can meet GB 29620-2013 "The Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants Emission of Brick and Tile Industry";when 5% of desulfurization rich agent is introduced into the shale to make bricks,the maximum exhaust emission within the concentration of the 300 mg/m^3 can meet GB 29620-2013 "The Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants Emission of Brick and Tile Industry",the total content of SO2 is also within the control range of the local environmental department.In conclusion,this article further figures out the main problems existing in the current disposal of desulfurization rich agent from the aspects of legitimacy and compliance,regional disposal requirements,safety and environmental risk,and disposal market,and offers several feasible suggestions and solutions in order to solve these problems.
