摘 要:介绍了高含硫气田中含硫污泥的来源和性状,根据含硫污泥的不同性状,提出了9种处理工艺,对其优缺点及应用情况进行了对比分析。对于较为分散的含硫污泥产生点,选择撬装热解工艺不定期开展现场减量化处理。对于水处理站产生的含硫污泥,在现有工艺末端增加调质机械脱水设施、干化设施,并开展水处理工艺优化研究和技术实验进行验证。通过实验分析,得出化学药剂+压滤,固废热处理,破胶+压滤+干馏,造粒+盘式干化4种工艺比较适合含硫污泥处理。The sources and properties of sulfur-containing sludge in high-sulfur gas fields are introduced in this paper.According to the different properties of sulfur-containing sludge,their advantages and disadvantages of 9 kinds of treatment technologies,and their applications are further compared and analyzed.For the scattered sulfur sludge production points,the skid-mounted pyrolysis process is selected to carry out on-site reduction treatment irregularly.For the sulfurcontaining sludge generated by the water treatment station,the end of the existing process shall be added with the quenching and tempering mechanical dehydration facilities as well as drying facilities,and the water treatment process optimization research and technical experiments shall be carried out for verification.Through experimental analysis,it can be concluded that four processes are suitable for the treatment of sulfur-containing sludge:chemical agent+pressure filtration,solid waste heat treatment,rubber breaking+pressure filtration+dry distillation,granulation+ disc drying.
