“赛教融合”创新人才培养模式在地方高校的应用

摘　　要：职业技能竞赛、创新创业大赛增强了大学生的创新创业能力及综合素质能力,但对部分学生的课堂学习甚至正常教学秩序产生了不利影响。为解决竞赛与教学之间不平衡不和谐的关系,构建了地方应用型高校“赛教融合”创新人才培养模式。该模式能把教学内容与比赛内容、竞赛资源与授课资源、竞赛过程与授课过程、考核评价与竞赛评价很好地融合在一起。实践证明,该模式对学生的创新创业能力培养、教师的专业教学能力和实践指导能力发展产生了显著效果。The vocational skills competition and the innovation and entrepreneurship competition have strengthened the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship and the ability of comprehensive quality of college students, but they have a negative impact on the classroom learning and even normal teaching order of some students. In order to balance the relationship between competition and teaching, this paper constructs the innovative talents training mode of “integration of competition and teaching” in local applied colleges and universities. The model wisely integrates teaching content with competition content, competition resources and teaching resources, competition process and teaching process, assessment evaluation and competition evaluation. It is proved that this model has significant effect on students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability, teachers' professional teaching ability and the development of practice guidance ability.
