摘 要:针对内河电子航道图应用要同时满足国际标准和内河特殊性的问题,提出了一种基于属性扩展的数据构建与显示方法。通过对数据标准和数据模型的研究与分析,总结归纳建设符合内河标准的电子航道图时遇到的问题;采用扩展属性的方式,实现了基于国际标准的数据模型扩展,保留了内河要素在国际标准中的定义并存储实际应用中的特殊需求;基于GIS实现了电子航道图的标准化显示,解决了符号快速检索与匹配、物标自适应显示等关键问题。以我国某内河下游为例,开展电子航道图的应用研究。实践证明,该技术合理、高效、实用,提高了航道信息化水平,可为我国内河电子航道图建设提供技术支撑和应用参考。Aiming at the problem that the IENC should meet the international standards and the inland river specificity, a data construction and display method based on attribute expansion was proposed. Through the research and analysis of data standards and data models, the problems encountered in the construction of IENC that meet the inland river standards were summarized. Extension of the attribute was used to implement the data model extension based on international standards, which retains the definition of inland features in international standards and stores the special demands in practical applications. The standardized display of IENC was realized based on GIS, and the key problems such as fast symbol retrieval and matching, and adaptive display of objects were solved. Illustrated by the application research of the IENC of the downstream of a river in China, it is proved that the technology is reasonable, efficient and practical. It can improve the level of channel informatization and provide technical support and application reference for the construction of the IENC in China.
