摘　　要：风扇与散热器的合理匹配,才能使发动机的冷却系统发挥最大作用,使发动机达到最佳工作状态。文章以某款汽油发动机匹配机械风扇为例,对风扇性能进行校核。主要校核风扇的性能及叶尖最大线速度,风扇实际提供的风量需大于最低需求进风量,叶尖最大线速度不宜过大,较高的叶尖线速度会影响风扇的可靠性和乘客舒适性。The proper matching of fan and radiator can make the cooling system and furthermore the engine package at its best condition. This paper takes an example of the performance calibration of mechanical fan of one gasoline engine. Itmainly focuses on the calibration of fan performance and maximum tip line speed. The actual air volume must exceed the minimum needed air volume, and the tip line speed should not be too high which would affect the reliability of fan and the comfort of passengers.
