摘  要:微粒捕集器(DPF)技术是满足未来车用柴油机严格排放法规的重要措施。文章首先介绍了DPF净化机理及其常用的过滤体材料,然后阐述了DPF压降和碳载量计算的数学模型,最后结合以往文献试验数据对模型参数修正,并对DPF碳烟捕集过程与影响因素进行了分析。为研究DPF的性能与管理提供有效的理论依据。Diesel Particulate Filter of vehicle diesel enginees is one important technology to meet requirements of the futurestringentemissionlegislation. In this paper, the purification mechanism and filter material of diesel particulate filters(DPF) is introduced firstly;And then the mathematical model of pressure drop and the soot load are both summarized. Finally, based on past documentary data, the parameter of the model are revised. At the same time, inlet temperatures, cell densities and other influence factors of Particulates Filter in Diesel Engineare studied during the course. These provide powerful theoretical basis for studying the performance and management of DPF.
