摘　　要：文章通过对某变速器输出轴油封批量脱落、烧箱故障进行失效模式及影响因素进行了分析,找到了该故障的主要影响因素。通过工艺方法改进,达到了过程控制的目的,为后期轴承故障分析及工艺方案积累技术经验。The article on the basis of analysis about the output shaft oil seal failure mode and its influence factors of the transmission, find the main influencing factors of the fault. And through the process improvement, achieve the goal of the process control, And accumulate the technical knowledge to support for the analysis of the oil seal failure.
