摘 要:为了解不同年限地表覆盖对毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)土壤酶、土壤养分的影响,以浙江省台州市黄岩区山地毛竹林为研究对象,对覆盖1年翻土、覆盖2年翻土和自然生长(对照)的毛竹林0~50 cm土层土壤酶活性及土壤养分含量进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)随着毛竹林地表稻草覆盖年限的增加,土壤多酚氧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性表现下降的趋势,且随土层深度的增加而逐渐减小;和对照相比,部分土层差异达到显著水平;土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶的活性随着覆盖年限的延长而提高,在10~20 cm土层达最大值;与对照样地相比,地表覆盖后,土壤脲酶和土壤蔗糖酶活性均较高,并且在部分土层差异达到显著水平。(2)各层土壤养分含量都随着覆盖年限的延长而增加,覆盖后,10~20 cm土层处土壤养分元素含量达到最大值。(3)地表稻草覆盖后,土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性之间具有相关性,土壤全氮、有效磷等含量与多酚氧化酶活性之间呈负相关关系,而土壤各养分元素含量和土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性之间呈显著正相关关系。毛竹林地表稻草覆盖后,土壤中不同酶的活性随着覆盖年限的延长而呈现不同的变化趋势,土壤养分含量随着地表稻草覆盖年限的增加也有增加的趋势,因此土壤酶和土壤养分以及它们之间的相关性可以作为评价土壤肥力的指标。To evaluate the effects of different mulching years on soil enzymes and soil nutrients,and understand the relationship between them,three plots of phyllostachys edulis stand were established in Huangyan District,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,which were under mulching for one year,two years and non-mulching(CK),and the enzyme activities and nutrients in the soil depth of 0-50 cm were analyzed.The results showed that(1)with the increasing of the straw mulching years of the bamboo stand,the activity of soil polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase decreased,and gradually decreased with the increasing of soil depth;compared with CK,there were significant differences in part of the soil layers.With the extension of the mulching years,the activities of soil urease and sucrase increased and reached the maximum values in the depth of 10-20 cm soil layer and there were significant differences in part of the soil layers.The activities of both the urease and sucrase of soil under straw mulching were higher than those of CK;(2)the contents of soil nutrient after mulching increased with the prolonged years of soil mulching;the soil nutrient content reached the maximum values at 10-20 cm soil depth;(3)after surface straw mulching,there was a certain correlation between soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity,and there was a negative correlation between polyenol oxidase and total nitrogen,available phosphorus;there was a significant positive correlation between soil nutrient and urease,sucrase;the activities of soil enzymes showed different trends with the prolonged mulching,the contents of soil nutrients had a increasing trend with mulching years.The activities of soil enzymes and soil nutrient,the correlation between them could be utilized as an indicator to evaluate soil fertility.
