摘 要:电动汽车无线充电系统动态充电能显著减小电动汽车动力电池的质量与尺寸,但由于动态系统中汽车运行状态会实时改变,因此电池在不同状态下的最优系统输出功率需求不同。系统在非最优输出功率下工作会影响其高效性及可靠性。文中提出电动汽车无线充电系统的输出功率动态解耦控制方法,根据整流电路的动态解耦机理对系统影响较小的特性,保证高效快速调节输出功率。建立了动态解耦控制系统数学模型,得到控制方案的计算因子,通过计算因子实现解耦占空比对输出功率的控制。仿真和实验结果表明,此种动态解耦控制克服了一般调节方式调节慢和效率低的缺点,实现了在动态充电过程中高效快速调节输出功率,优化系统性能。The dynamic charging of wireless charging system for electric vehicle can significantly reduce the quality and size of power battery of electric vehicle. Since the operation state of electric vehicle in the dynamic system will change in real time, the optimal system output power demand of power battery is different under different working states. If the system operates with a non-optimal output power, its efficiency and reliability will be affected. This paper proposes a dynamic decoupling control method of output power in wireless charging system for electric vehicle. According to the characteristic that the dynamic decoupling mechanism of the rectifier circuit has less effect on the system, the method can ensure high-efficiency and quick regulation of output power. The mathematical model of the dynamic decoupling control system is established, and the calculation factor of the control scheme is obtained. The decoupling duty cycle is used to control the output power through the calculation factor. The simulation and experimental results show that the dynamic decoupling control overcomes the shortcomings of slow regulation and low efficiency of the conventional regulation mode, and achieves fast output power regulation during dynamic charging process, while the system performance is optimized.
