摘 要:针对光伏并网微型逆变器前级DC/DC环节应用,研究了一种小容量双谐振有源箝位反激DC/DC升压变换器拓扑。初级采用有源箝位电路,开关管应力减小、控制方式简单,实现高频反激变压器的磁芯复位。次级采用双谐振电路,功率密度增大、实现软开关,提高变换器整体效率。对该DC/DC变换器的工作模态进行深入分析,并根据其稳态特性给出主功率电路参数设计方法。最后搭建了 280 W的实验平台进行验证,实验结果表明所提理论分析与设计方法的可行性。Aiming at the application of the front-stage DC/DC link of the photovoltaic grid -connected micro-in verter, a small capacity dual resonant active clamp flyback DC/DC Boost converter topology is studied.The active clamping circuit is adopted at the primary side, which reduces the stress of switch tube and simplifies the control mode, thus realizing the core reset of high frequency flyback transformer.The dual resonant circuit is used in the secondary side to increase the power density , realize soft switching and improve the overall efficiency of the converter.The working mode of the DC/DC converter is analyzed deeply, and the design method of main power circuit parameters is given according to its steady-state characteristics. A 280 W prototype is implemented , experimental results show that the feasibility of the proposed theoretical analysis and design.
