2016年郑州市居民心脑血管疾病监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市居民心脑血管疾病流行状况,为相关部门制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集河南省慢性病监测管理系统报告的郑州市居民心脑血管疾病监测数据和公安局提供的人口资料,对2016年郑州市居民心脑血管疾病的发病和死亡情况进行统计分析。结果2016年郑州市户籍居民心脑血管病发病59291例,发病率为806.67/10万,标化发病率为574.32/10万;死亡13672例,死亡率为186.01/10万,标化死亡率为127.56/10万。男性心脑血管病发病率为907.56/10万,死亡率为209.28/10万;女性心脑血管病发病率为704.92/10万,死亡率为162.54/10万。男性心脑血管病发病率和死亡率均高于女性。其中脑血管病发病率为624.09/10万,心血管病发病率为182.58/10万,脑血管病发病率高于心血管病;脑血管病死亡率为89.07/10万,心血管病死亡率为96.94/10万,脑血管病死亡率低于心血管病。心脑血管病发病率和死亡率随着年龄的增长而明显增加,60岁以上老年人死亡人数占总死亡人数的77.94%,60岁以上老年人发病人数占总发病人数的67.99%。结论心脑血管病呈明显的上升趋势,成为影响郑州市居民健康的主要疾病,应采取针对性措施预防和控制心脑血管疾病,降低发病率和死亡率。Objective To analyze the epidemic status of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents in Zhengzhou in 2016,then,to provide the theoretical basis for formulating the effective prevention measures. Methods All data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases monitoring cases were collected to analyze the morbidity and mortality in Zhengzhou reported by Henan Province Chronic Disease Surveillance System in 2016. Results Zhengzhou residents in 2016,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases incidence rate of 806.67/105,the mortality rate of186.01/105;standardized incidence rate of 574.32/105 and the standardized mortality rate of 127.56/105;the incidence of female cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases rate was 704.92/105;the incidence rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in male was 907.56/105,the mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in males and females respectively were 209.28/105 and 162.54/105,the incidence and mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was lower in females than in males. The incidence rate of cerebrovascular diseases was624.09/105,and mortality rate was 89.07/105;the incidence rate and mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases were182.58/105 and 96.94/105 respectively,the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases was lower than cerebral vascular diseases,and mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases was higher than cerebral vascular diseases. With the increase of age,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases morbidity and mortality were significantly increased,the incidence cases in younger age group were fewer than elderly people over 60 years old,and the number of death accounted for77.94 % of total deaths were elderly people over 60 years old.Conclusions Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases showed a rising trend,the prevention and control measures of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should be paid to attention.
