摘　　要：守口堡水库地处北方高寒地区,气温低、风大、雪多,工程冬歇时间长,为胶凝砂砾石坝能否在北方地区成功应用提出了难题。文中结合工程进度、成本、质量等因素,详细论述了在胶凝砂砾石坝施工期间的三个冬季,采用蓄水、覆盖等不同保温措施及相应的排水方案,为胶凝砂砾石坝成功越冬提供了经验。The Shoukoubu Reservoir was located in the northern region of China with low temperature,large wind and heavily snow. The construction period of the project had a long stoppage in winter,which cause a problem whether the cemented sand gravel and rock dam can be successfully applied in the north area. Combining with the construction process,cost,quality and other factors,this article provided several successful construction experience for the safety of the dam during three winter periods,like using some different heat preservation measures such as water storage and covering and corressponding foundation pit drainage scheme.
