摘 要:目的了解安徽省砀山县农户居家常备储粮粉螨孳生种类及种群多样性。方法采集安徽省砀山县居家常见储粮共6种,采用直接镜检法分离孶生的粉螨,制作玻片标本对螨种进行鉴定并分类。结果共采集600份样品,其中413份样品有粉螨孶生,阳性率为68.8%。共分离出9种粉螨,隶属4科7属。样品粉螨平均孳生密度达131.26%,腐食酪螨、粗脚粉螨均为常见螨种。结论砀山家常储粮中粉螨孶生的密度高,应当采取适当预防措施,控制粉螨孳生以降低其危害。Objectives To ascertain the species and population diversity of acaroid mites in common grain storage in Dangshan County,Anhui Province. Methods Samples were collected from 6types of common grain storage in Dangshan, and acaroid mites were isolated from the samples via direct microscopy.Specimens were prepared for the identification and classification of mites. Results Of the 600samples examined,413contained acaroid mites.Mites were detected at a rate of 68.8%.Nine species of acaroid mites were isolated;these species belonged to 4families and 7genera.The average density of acarid mite infestation in the samples reached 131.26%.Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Acarus siro were common species while Chortoglyphus arcuatus was detected at a low rate.The index of ecological dominance in stored grain ranged from 0.1-0.6. Conclusion The density of acaroid mites is high in household grain storage in Dangshan. Appropriate measures should be taken to control the population of acaroid mites in order to reduce their harm.
