摘  要:以黄酮清除率为指标,以抗坏血酸为对照,运用紫外-可见分光光度法和荧光光谱法测定了黄酮对自由基的清除能力,评价盘龙七中黄酮的抗氧化活性。紫外-可见分光光度法测定黄酮对羟自由基的最大清除率达97.5%;对超氧阴离子的最大清除率达98.0%,对亚硝酸盐的最大清除率为60.0%;荧光光谱法测定黄酮对羟自由基的最大清除率为83.9%,对超氧阴离子的最大清除率为87.0%,且盘龙七中黄酮的抗氧化活性均优于抗坏血酸。盘龙七中黄酮对三种自由基的清除能力顺序为超氧阴离子>羟自由基>亚硝酸盐。对盘龙七中总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了评价,可为盘龙七药材的抗氧化性能的深入开发和利用提供理论依据和实验参考。Taking the clearance rate of flavone as an indicator, using vitamin C as control, the scavenging ability of flavone to free radicals was studied to evaluate antioxidant activity of flavone by ultravioletvisible spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry. The optimum ultrasonic extracting conditions for flavone was discussed and its antioxidant activity was evaluated. The results showed that the maximum clearance rates of hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion and nitrite determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry were97.5%,98.0% and 60%;The maximum clearance rate of hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion determined by fluorescence method was 83.9% and 87%. The order of clearance rate was superoxide anion > hydroxyl free radical >nitrite. The antioxidant activity of flavone from Rhizome Bergeni Scopulosae was evaluated, which could provide reference for the further exploitation, utilization and quality control of Rhizome Bergeni Scopulosae.
