摘  要:间接电解硫化氢技术中生成的硫磺颗粒小且呈絮状,所以硫磺分离一直是重点和难点.结合间接电解法生成硫磺的特性,选用气浮法进行硫磺分离.通过气浮实验条件的确定、成品硫磺模拟气浮实验、模拟吸收液气浮实验确定气浮法分离H2S制氢过程中生成硫磺的效果及条件.Sulfur particles are small and flocculent in indirect electrolysis process of hydrogen sulfide, so sulfur separation is important and difficult. According to characteristics of sulfur produced by indirect electrolysis process, air flotation method was used for sulfur separation. In the process of research, the separation effect and conditions were determined for hydrogen production from hydrogen sulfide through three experiments: the determination of experimental conditions for flotation, the simulation of flotation for sulfur product and the simulation of flotation for absorption liquid.
