摘 要:针对寒区埋地热油管道,采用焓—多孔介质法建立多场耦合作用下停输原油热力模型,以稳定运行时的土壤温度场为土壤热历史,利用Fluent软件进行停输传热数值模拟与分析.以管道中心点温度降至凝点为管道内原油全凝的判断依据,获得不同工况下的管道中心温降曲线,开展土壤埋深、大气温度、原油初始温度、保温材料等因素对管道内原油全凝时间的影响分析.For the buried hot oil pipeline in cold area, the enthalpy-porous medium method was used to establish the thermal model of crude oil in shutdown under multi-field coupling. The soil temperature field in stable operation was taken as the soil thermal history, and Fluent software was used to carry out the numerical simulation and analysis of the heat transfer. The crude oil in the pipeline can be judged to be total freezing by the temperature falling to the freezing point, and the central temperature drop curves of the pipeline under different conditions were obtained. The influence factors such as soil depth, atmospheric temperature, initial temperature of crude oil and thermal insulation materials on the total freezing time of crude oil in the pipeline were analyzed.
