摘  要:本文介绍了一种BS80A护轨开口段表面感应淬火工艺试验过程及其工装使用情况。结果表明:900A钢BS80A护轨的开口段轨头,经过900~950℃欠速淬火和470~530℃回火处理,轨头表面获得深度δ>8mm的硬化层,硬化层金相组织为细珠光体+少量铁素体;截面硬度梯度为35.6~33.6HRC;表面硬度、金相组织、硬化层帽型均达到了技术标准要求。确定的工艺参数和工装成功应用于铁路道岔BS80A护轨热处理生产中,可以在一定范围内推广应用。The process test of surface induction quenching technology and its tooling usage in opening section of BS80 A quardrail are introducod in this paper. The results show that the depth δ of hardened layer is more than 8 mm on the surface of opening section head of 900 A steel BS80 A guardrail after slack quenching at 900~950 ℃ and tempering at 470~530 ℃, and microstructure of hardened layer is fine pearlite+a little ferrite. The hardness gradient on section is 35.6~33.6 HRC. The surface hardness,microstructure and hardened layer sclerous appearance all achieve the requirements of technical standards. The determined process parameters and the tooling design are successfully applied to heat treatment production of BS80 A guardrail of railway turnout,and can be popularized and applied in a certain range.
