摘 要:我司产品中42CrMo4风电空心主轴占比较大,存在淬火热处理后容易出现裂纹报废的现状,为了兼顾力学性能和淬火不开裂,我司与上海交通大学密切合作,并采用了由上海交通大学开发的数字化控时淬火冷却工艺及设备,主要是通过计算机模拟水-空气交替淬火工艺,并通过由计算机控制的淬火设备完成淬火处理。该套工艺和设备在实际42CrMo4风电空心主轴调质热处理过程中发挥作用明显,大大降低了产品开裂报废的风险。The 42 CrMo4 wind power hollow spindle accounts for a large proportion in our products, and it is easy to crack and scrap after quenching heat treatment. In order to balance mechanical properties and quenching without cracking, our company has cooperated closely with Shanghai Jiaotong University and adopted the digital controlled time quenching and cooling technology and equipment developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University. The equipment mainly simulates the water-air alternating quenching process by computer and completes quenching treatment by computer-controlled quenching equipment. The set of processes and equipment plays an obvious role in the actual heat treatment process of the 42 CrMo4 wind power hollow spindle, which greatly reduces the risk of product cracking and scrapping.
