摘　　要：箱式低温回火炉主要用在低碳钢零件渗碳淬火处理后的回火工序,回火炉如果在生产过程中使用不当,也会引起爆炸事故。通过分析可燃气爆炸原因和条件,并采取对应的防范措施,排除回火炉爆炸安全隐患,确保回火设备正常运行。Box type low temperature tempering furnace is mainly used in the tempering process of low carbon steel parts after carburizing and quenching. If the tempering furnace is improperly used during the production, it will also cause explosion accidents. By analyzing the causes and conditions of explosion of combustible gas, and taking corresponding preventive measures, the explosion hidden safety hazards of tempering furnace can be eliminated to ensure the normal operation of tempering equipment.
