摘 要:为研究长白山森林土壤微生物量对季节性冻融变化的响应,利用原位培养连续取样法测定了长白山地区2种典型森林土壤在春季和秋季冻融期间微生物量碳(MBC)和微生物量氮(MBN)含量的动态变化。结果表明:2种林型各层次土壤微生物量随冻融格局变化而变化。在春季冻融前期,2种林型各层次土壤微生物量皆表现出升高趋势,而在秋季冻融前期表现出降低现象,在春季和秋季土壤冻融期具有多次爆发式增长而又迅速下降特征,且存在一个或多个微生物量峰值。2种林型上层土壤微生物量多高于下层土壤,且上层土壤在冻融期间变化更加剧烈,而下层土壤各时期微生物量碳、氮比波动情况高于上层土壤。相比长白松林,硬阔叶林各层次土壤微生物量在各冻融时期含量更高。In order to study the response of soil microbial biomass to seasonal freezing and thawing changes, the dynamic changes of microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and nitrogen (MBN) in the 2 typical forest soils of Changbai Mountain area were determined with in-situ continuous sampling method during the spring and autumn freezing-thawing period. The results showed that soil microbial biomass varied with freezing-thawing pattern in all 2 forest types. The soil microbial biomass in the 2 types of forest types increased at the early stage of spring freezing-thawing, but decreased at the early stage of autumn freezing-thawing. The soil microbial biomass in the two forest types in the spring and autumn freezing-thawing period showed a rapidly increased and then declined trend, and presented one or more peaks. The soil microbial biomass in the upper layer was much higher than that in the lower layer under the 2 forest types, and changed more greatly in the upper layer soil during the freezing and thawing period, while the ratio of MBC/MBN in the lower layer was higher than that in the upper layer soil. Compared with Pinus sylvestriformis, the microbial biomass in each soil layer of hardwood broad-leafed forest was higher during each freezing-thawing period.
