摘 要:由级联H桥变流器与LC单调谐无源滤波器串联所构成的混合型有源电力滤波器(hybrid active power filter,HAPF),为高压大容量场合下的谐波治理提供了一种低成本解决方案。传统的直流电压控制方法调节的是变流器输出电流中的有功分量,但HAPF中LC滤波器较大的基波阻抗极大地限制了该方法动态响应速度。该文提出一种改进的直流电压控制方案,该方法通过改变变流器基波调制电压来实现直流电压的调控,对比分析表明,该方法具有更好的动态性能。同时,针对级联H桥三相直流电压不平衡的问题,文中结合HAPF的输出特性,对现有的相间均压控制方法进行优化,提出一种简单的零序和负序电压合成算法。仿真实验和样机现场运行结果验证了所提直流电压控制策略的有效性和可行性。Hybrid active power filters(HAPF) composed of cascaded H-bridge and series connected LC single-tuned passive filter provide solutions for the harmonic suppression in high-voltage and high-capacity applications. Conventionally,the DC voltage of the converter is maintained by regulating the active output current. However, the large fundamental impedance of the LC filter in HAPF greatly limits the dynamic response of the method. This paper proposed an improved DC voltage control strategy which changes the fundamental modulation voltage of the converter instead of the output current. Comparative analysis shows that the method has better dynamic performance. Furthermore, aiming at the problem of unbalanced DC voltage in each phase, the existing negative or zero sequence voltage injection method which are used for energy balancing control among the three phases was also optimized in this paper based on the output characteristics of HAPF. Simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
