摘  要:针对传统开关磁阻转矩脉动抑制策略中采用电流滞环控制方法带来的电流动态跟踪能力弱而引起转矩脉动大这一问题,提出一种基于线性转矩分配函数策略下的无差拍电流预测方法,提高电流跟踪特性,减小因电流跟踪能力弱引起的转矩脉动。根据电机运行中电流分布特征及电流变化率,灵活选择"正压零压"、"负压零压"等PWM调制模式,确定最佳的功率变换器励磁、续流、退磁模式组合,提高在不同运行模式下电流控制的准确度,在不增加开关频率或改变滞环宽度条件下,使实际电流时刻跟踪给定。搭建三相12/8极开关磁阻电机仿真模型及实验平台,考虑磁场饱和、高速运行、低速运行、负载突变等工况,对转矩脉动指标进行对比。实验结果表明,在线性转矩分配策略下电流预测控制策略能有效减小开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,提高电机运行效率。A large variation in current will generated when using the traditional current hysteresis current control method,consequence, leading to torque ripples. In order to improve the current dynamic tracking ability and reduce the torque ripples,this paper proposed a novel method to enhanced tracking capability based on the torque distribution function strategy.The current tracking ability was improved without increasing the switching frequency or changing the hysteresis width. The PWM modulation mode such as "positive voltage-zero voltage" and "negative voltage-zero voltage" were selected flexibly to determine the freewheeling mode, demagnetization mode of the power converter. The simulation model and experimental platform of three-phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor were established. The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of proposed current control method in the torque ripple minimization by using linear torque distribution strategies. The saturation of the magnetic circuit are considered and the proposed approach is verified to be not affected when the motor operates under different load saturation condition.
