摘  要:血管重塑是一种动态的血管结构与功能的改变,其发生过程涉及增殖、迁移、凋亡及细胞外基质合成与降解等细胞演变过程,包括高血压、肺动脉高压以及主动脉瘤等疾病均为血管重塑性疾病。研究发现,LncRNA在血管重塑中有着各种影响,如RNCR3上调有自我修复的表现,H19可导致血管重塑等。不同的microRNA在血管重塑中也有着不同作用,如miR-23/24/27、miR-143/145抑制血管再狭窄、miR-17-92作为潜在治疗靶点等。Vascular remodeling is a dynamic change of vascular structure and function. Its occurrence involves cell evolution processes such as proliferation, migration, apoptosis and synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix. Diseases such as hypertension, pulmonary hypertension and aortic aneurysm are all vascular remodeling diseases. LncRNA has a variety of effects in vascular remodeling, such as the upregulation of RNCR3 with self-repair, and H19 leads to vascular remodeling. Different micrornas also have different roles in vascular remodeling, such as mir-23/24/27, mir-143/145 inhibiting vascular restenosis, and mir-17-92 as potential therapeutic targets.
