山黄降脂片中葛根素含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定山黄降脂片中葛根素含量的方法,为山黄降脂片的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用COSMOSIL C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液;体积流量1.0mL/min;检测波长为250nm;柱温25℃;进样量20μL。结果:葛根素浓度在0.0270~0.1080mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率在95.18%~98.78%,RSD小于3.0%.葛根素含量为0.34mg/片。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,可以作为山黄降脂片的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of puerarin in Sanhuang jiangzhi tablets.Methods:COSMOSIL C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used to determine the content of puerarin.Methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid water solution (30:70) was used as mobile phase,the volume flow was at 1.0mL/min;Ultraviolent wavelength was 250nm;Column temperature was at 25℃,and injection volume was 20μL.Results:Puerarin showed good linear relationships,and the average recoveries was 99.78%:The RSD values were less than 3%.The average amounts of puerarin was 0.34mg per tablet.Conclusion:The method is believable for determining the contents of puerarin in Sanhuang jiangzhi tablets with good simplicity,sensibility,repeatability,and recovery rate.
