放松功国内临床研究文献计量分析

摘　　要：计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方医学网数据库,检索更新时间2019年2月28日。筛选符合纳入标准的临床研究文献,从发文时间、开展试验的地区和研究机构、研究类型与基金支持、研究涉及疾病与生理生化观察指标、干预措施等方面进行计量学分析,探讨本领域的科研状况。结果显示,共37篇文献符合纳入标准。文献数量总体呈上升趋势;发文较多的机构主要集中在上海、北京、广东、河北;随机对照试验的研究质量有待提高;观察指标分为病理指标和生理生化指标两大类;干预措施主要是放松功和三线放松功,周期为2周到6个月。得出结论,近年来,放松功临床研究的数量和质量都有不同程度的提高,本领域具有广阔的研究前景。Aims: Based on literature analysis,this paper discusses domestic clinical research status of Relasation Training. Methods:Retrieving CNKI,Sinomed,VIP and Wanfang Med Online,the update time is Feb,28 th,2019. Screening Clincial research literature are screened into standards. By publication date,locations of experiments,research institutes,research types,supporting funds,related diseases in researches,physiological and biochemical indexes,prevention measures,the metrological analysis was carried on to discuss scientific status in the field. Results: There are 37 papers are included into the standards. The whole quantity of literature is increasing. Most institution concentrates in Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong,Hebei;Studying quality should be improved in randomized controlled trial;Observation targets are divided into two kinds of physiological and biochemical indexes;main prevention methods are Relasation Training and Three-thread,lasting from 2 weeks to 6 months. Conclusions: In recent years,there are increasing development in quantity and quality in clincial research of Relasation Training,showing its broad research future in this view.
