摘 要:以丁腈橡胶、丁腈橡胶/聚氯乙烯合金、羧基丁腈橡胶以及聚氨酯等高分子弹性体材料为基材,研究了不同的填充体系及硫化体系对纺织梭轮用材料性能的影响。通过配方优化设计,开发出了高性能梭轮材料的试验配方。实验结果显示,应用该配方试制的梭轮在转速为3 000 r/min,载荷200 N,频率50 Hz时,砂轮台架的疲劳耐久实验时长超过90 h。Based on polymer elastomer materials such as nitrile rubber, nitrile rubber/polyvinyl chloride alloy, carboxylated nitrile rubber and polyurethane rubber, the effects of different filling systems and vulcanization systems on material properties were studied. The experimental formula of high performance shuttle- wheel material was developed by optimizing the formula design. The experimental results show that the fatigue endurance test time of the grinding wheel bench is more than 90 hours when the rotating speed is 3 000 r/min, the load is 200 N, and the frequency is 50 Hz.
