摘 要:发光材料已广泛应用于医学检测、照明显示、模拟自然光发光等领域。稀土离子掺杂焦磷酸盐具有易于批量生产、无毒、反应快、效率高、节能等优点。在还原气氛(95%N2-5%H2)下,采用高温固相法,在Sr2P2O7基质中掺杂Mn^2+, Dy^3+离子制备发光材料,研究掺杂浓度对材料发光性能的影响。结果表明,Mn^2+和Dy^3+之间存在有效的能量传递,Sr2P2O7:Mn^2+, Dy^3+的发光强度明显高于单掺Sr2P2O7:Mn^2+。Optical materials have been widely used in medical detection, lighting display, luminous simulate natural light and other fields. Rare earth ions doped pyrophosphate phosphors have some excellent properties such as easy mass production, nontoxic, fast response, high efficiency as well as their energy saving properties. The red phosphor, Sr2P2O7: Mn^2+, Dy^3+ was prepared by solid state reaction method under 95% N2- 5% H2 atmosphere. The synthetic conditions, influencing factor of the Mn^2+ and Dy^3+ doping concentrations and luminescence properties of Sr2P2O7:Mn2+, Dy3+ phosphors were investigated. The luminescence spectra of Mn^2+ and Dy^3+ co- doped Sr2P2O7 shows the luminous intensity is higher than Sr2P2O7: Dy^3+, Sr2P2O7: Mn^2+. Therefore, it is expected that an effective resonance- type energy transfer from Mn^2+- Dy^3+.
