摘  要:采用盐酸-氯酸钾-氟化铵分解样品,巯基棉吸附分离富集金和钯,用盐酸-碘酸钾溶液解脱,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地球化学样品中的金和钯。进行了巯基棉的吸附条件、解脱条件、样品分解条件以及准确度、精密度和检出限的试验。分析结果与标准值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD%)1.9%~17.9%,检出限:Au为0.16 ng/g,Pd为0.28 ng/g。本方法分析流程简便,分析样品速度快,成本低,适合于地球化学样品中痕量金和钯的检测。A technology of the determination of gold and palladium in geochemical samples by decomposing sample with hydrochloric acid- potassium chlorate- ammonium fluoride at the beginning, then gathering separated enrichment gold and palladium with mercapto- cotton, dissolved by hydrochloric acid- potassium iodate, and in the end inductive coupled plasma mass spectrum analysis. To prove the method, adsorption conditions, release conditions, sample decomposition conditions, as well as the accuracy, precision and detection limit of mercapto- cotton were tested and verified. The analysis results were in agreement with the standard values with a relative standard deviation(RSD%)value of 1.9%~17.9%, detection limit: Au for 0.16 ng/g and Pd for 0.28 ng/g. The method has the advantages of simple flow analysis, fast sample analysis and low cost. It is suitable for the determination of trace Au,Pd in geochemical samples.
