摘  要:火电机组冷态启动核心问题之一是暖机,通过研究分析660MW火电机组在冷态启动时暖机因素对锅炉和汽轮机热应力变化,为了寻找最有利于锅炉和汽轮机工作的暖机方式和暖机时间,采用“660MW火力发电机组仿真机”进行实际工况模拟仿真试验,该仿真机可直接应用于电厂生产,具有自动检测、处理和执行等高精度实时控制,试验数据真实可靠。通过ANSYS软件对不同暖机方式和时间下的机轮机相关构件进行热力学应力对比分析,总结优缺点来确定最优化的暖机方式和暖机时间。One of the core problems of thermal units cold start - up is heating machine. By studying and analyzing the thermal stress changes of 660MW thermal units on boiler and steam turbine during cold start - up , in order to find the most favorable heating mode and heating time for boiler and steam turbine, 660MW thermal units simulator is used to simulate the actual working condition, and the simulator can directly respond to it. Used in power plant production with automatic detection, processing and execution of high - precision real - time control, test data is real and reliable. By coMPAring and analyzing the thermodynamic stresses of turbine components under different heating modes and time with ANSYS software, the advantages and disadvantages are summarized to determine the optimal heating mode and time.
