摘 要:摸索了酸轧机组生产热成型钢冷硬卷的粗糙度控制规律,如粗糙度复制率、粗糙度衰减规律、轧制力对粗糙度的影响规律。酸轧机组5^#机架使用5.0μm的镀铬辊,在满足Ra>0.8μm的情况下能够轧制80km。5^#机架单位宽度轧制力每增加1kN/mm,带钢粗糙度则增加0.05μm。采用电镜分析了以上工艺生产的热成型钢冷硬卷的微观二维和三维形貌,分析表明成品带钢为“尖峰”形貌,呈现高粗糙度、低RPC值的特征,而这种特征的形成原因和采用5.0μm的大粗糙度轧辊对带钢的转印有明显的关系。在轧辊毛化工艺方面,通过提高电流强度10%、优化放电时间、增加毛花时间10%等措施,开发了5.0μm大粗糙度的超精磨毛化辊。In this paper,the roughness control law of hot-formed cold-rolled coil produced by acid rolling mill was explored,such as roughness duplication rate,roughness attenuation law and the influence of rolling force on roughness.The 5^# stand of acid rolling mill uses 5.0 μm chromium plating roll,which can roll 80 km when Ra>0.8 μm is satisfied.The roughness of strip increases by 0.05 μm for every 1 kN /mm increase in rolling force of 5^# stand.The two-dimensional and threedimensional micro-morphology of the hot-formed cold-rolled coils produced by the above process was analyzed by electron microscopy.The results show that the finished strip has a "peak" morphology,showing the characteristics of high roughness and low RPC value.The reason for the formation of this feature is obviously related to the transfer printing of the strip by using 5.0 μm large roughness roll.In the process of roll roughening,by increasing 10% current intensity,optimizing discharge time and increasing 10% wool time,a superfine grinding roll with 5.0 μm roughness was developed.
