摘　　要：当今社会癌症的发生率越来越高,相应的癌性疼痛的发生率也在逐年增高,临床上西医缓解癌性疼痛的方法非常有限,且不良反应明显。导师杨亚琴教授在临床上利用中医药治疗癌性疼痛有其一套独特的理论.本文从癌性疼痛的定义、原因及西医治疗入手,重点介绍导师应用柴胡桂枝汤预防和缓解癌性疼痛的临床经验,从而提高疗效,降低西医治疗所致相关毒副作用。In today's society,the incidence of cancer is increasingly high,the corresponding incidence of cancer pain is also increasing year by year,clinical western medicine methods to alleviate cancer pain is very limited,and the side effects are obvious.Tutor Professor Yang Yaqin in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cancerous pain has one set of unique theory.This article from the definition of cancerous pain,cause and the treatment of western medicine,emphasis on the mentor application of Chaihu Guizhi decoction to prevent and relieve cancerous pain of clinical experience,so as to improve curative effect,reduce the related side effects caused by western medicine.
