摘　　要：上海市宝山区长江路社区卫生服务中心家庭医生制服务发展较快,中医药技术服务需求不断增加,以睡眠障碍的中医药技术为切入点,中心不断加强提供中医药技术服务人才建设的全科团队培养,逐步完善中医药技术奖励绩效考核体系,以期探索整合出一套适合城市社区家庭医生责任制下的中医药技术服务的运行模式,为家庭医生责任制中医药技术服务的进一步优化提供参考。The family doctor system service has been developed rapidly in Changjiang road community health service center of Baoshan district,and the demand for Chinese medicine technology has been increasing.Sleep disorders has been as the entry point of Chinese medicine technology,the center provides technical services of Chinese medicine continuously strengthen general practice for family doctor team training,gradually improve award performance appraisal system,in order to explore a set of integration which is suitable for urban family doctor system under the mode of the Chinese medicine services,to provide reference for further optimization of Chinese medicine technical services for family doctors.
