摘  要:针对西藏甲玛矿区高泥铜铅锌矿石性质复杂、氧化率高、现场浮选回收率低的特点,采用硫化钠作为硫化剂及矿泥调整剂,XP4作为组合捕收剂,丁铵黑药作为辅助捕收剂,开展了条件优化试验、开路流程试验和闭路试验研究.通过一粗三精两扫、中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路流程,在原矿含Cu0.53%,含Pb1.29%,含Zn0.54%,Au和Ag含量分别为0.28g/t、23.6g/t的条件下,获得的浮选混合精矿的技术指标为:Cu品位为7.72%,回收率为70.15%;Pb品位为22.17%,回收率为90.98%;Zn品位为4.81%,回收率为42.19%;Au品位为1.8g/t,回收率为47.41%;Ag品位为340.4g/t,回收率为77.32%.与现场生产指标对比,铜的回收率提高了17个百分点,铅的回收率提高了39个百分点.According to thecomplex ore properties,high oxidization rate and low recovery in situ flotation of high mud Cu-Pb-Zn ores in Jiama mining area,Tibet,conditional optimization test,open and close circuits were conducted undering sodium sulfide as sulphidisation and slime modifier,XP4 as combined collector and ammoni-um dibutyl dithiophosphate as asistant collector.Bulk concentrate in the closed-circuit flotation tests were obtained after one-time roughing,three-times cleanings,two-times scavengings and sequential return of mid-dlings were employed.The bulk concentrate contains 7.72%Cu,22.17%Pb,4.81%Zn at the recoveries of 70.15%,90.98%,42.19%,respectively.In the mean while,the associated gold and silver were also recovered in the concentrate,assaying 1.8 g/t Au and 340.4 g/t Ag at the recoveries of 47.41%and 77.32%,respectively,when the feed assays 0.53%Cu,1.29%Pb,0.54%Zn,0.28 g/t Au and 23.6 g/t Ag,and the oxidation rates of copper,lead and zinc minerals as high as 40.21%,79.31%and 84.83%,respectively.Compared with the field operation performance,the recoveries of copper and lead increased by 17%and 40%.
