科研管理手册在临床医学研究中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的使用科研管理手册在保证临床项目研究质量的情况下,有效推动课题的进度。方法自行设计科研管理手册,把科研管理的系统化、精细化管理落到实处,了解课题进度中遇到的问题并协助解决。结果手册应用前后,项目负责人对课题重视程度与项目按期完成率的比较χ^2=7.212,P=0.027;应用手册后,项目负责人对管理满意度明显提高(P<0.05),具有明显的差异;课题按期完成率,两组比较具有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论对临床研究课题实施手册管理,并进行科学分析,从组织保障、制度建设、手册设计、过程监管等环节探索有效的解决办法,对保证课题进度具有很重要的现实意义,提高了项目完成率,起到了目标管理的作用。Objective:To use the research management manual and effectively promote the progress of the project while ensuring the quality of clinical research.Method:The authors designed the scientific research management manual by themselves,implemented the systematic and detailed management of scientific research management,understood the problems encountered in the project progress and assisted in solving them.Result:Before and after the application of the manual,the comparison of the project leader’s attention to the project and the project completion rate on schedule X^2 value is 7.212,P=0.027;after the application of the manual,the project leader’s satisfaction to management is significantly improved(P<0.05).There are significant differences;The project completion rate has an obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of manual management and scientific analysis of clinical research topics,and the exploration of effective solutions from the aspects of organizational guarantee,system construction,manual design,process supervision,etc.are of great practical significance to ensure the progress of the project,improve the completion rate of the project,and play the role of objective management.
