摘　　要：目的分析HIFU治疗患者在不同病区所花费的费用、住院时间和并发症,为医院管理层提供决策依据。方法对2017、2018年在该院住院,并采用HIFU治疗,对相同病种及相同DRGs亚目的患者进行比较。结果住在日间病房的患者的费用和住院时间均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而并发症没有增加。结论日间病房的管理模式值得大力推广。Objective To analyze the cost,hospitalization time and complications of HIFU treatment in different wards,and to provide decision-making basis for hospital management.Methods In 2017 and 2018,those hospitalized in our hospital and treated with HIFU.The patients with the same disease and the same DRGs sub-target were compared and analyzed.Results The cost and length of hospital stay in patients in the day ward decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and no complications.Conclusion The management model of day wards is worth promoting.
