摘　　要：我国学者张江发表《公共阐释论纲》,力图解决统一性的阐释何以可能的问题。《公共阐释论纲》在阐释者的主体性、阐释的时间性、阐释结果的有效性这三个维度上,通过考察当代阐释学的基本主张,批判性地建构了公共阐释论。该理论以新康德主义理性的主体性内涵为基础,为阐释者的主体性规定了公共理性内涵;以伽达默尔新亚里士多德主义的效果历史主张为基础,为阐释的时间性规定了历史统一性内涵;以马克思主义的人的社会性为出发点,为阐释结果的有效性规定了社会接受性内涵。Zhang jiang, a Chinese scholar, published"The Outline of Public Interpretation", trying to solve the problem why the unity of interpretation is possible. On the three dimensions of the interpreter’s subjectivity, the timeliness of interpretation and the validity of interpretation results, the public hermeneutics is critically constructed by examining the basic propositions of contemporary hermeneutics. Based on the subjectivity connotation of Neo-Kantianism reason, this theory provides the connotation of public rationality for the explainer’s subjectivity. Based on Gadamer’s Neo-Aristotelianism claim of effective history, it defines the connotation of historical unity for the temporality of interpretation. Taking the human sociality of Marxism as the starting point, the validity of the results has been explained by the connotation of social acceptability.
