摘　　要：目的调查分析中国老年糖尿病患者高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率及血尿酸(SUA)管理现况。方法在中国21个省市≥60岁老年糖尿病患者中随机抽样调查,分析中国老年糖尿病患者HUA患病率及SUA管理现况。结果共纳入老年糖尿病患者2652例,男1396例,女1256例,既往有HUA病史者229例(8.6%),其中曾经发作过痛风的患者49例。新发现SUA>420μmol/L的HUA患者148例。HUA患病率为14.22%(377/2652)。以痛风患者SUA<300μmol/L,其他患者SUA≤360μmol/L作为SUA达标判定标准,既往HUA病史的患者中,SUA达标率为22.7%(52/229)。结论中国老年糖尿病患者痛风患病率为1.8%,HUA患病率为14.22%。既往诊断HUA的患者SUA达标率22.7%。Objective To investigate the prevalence and management of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in China.MethodsA random sampling was performed on outpatient or hospitalized elderly patients(aged 60 and above)with diabetes mellitus in 150 hospitals involving 21 provinces and municipalities in China. The prevalence and management of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were evaluated.ResultsA total of 2652 patients with diabetes mellitus were included in the study,the male and female subjects were 1396 and 1256 respectively. 229 cases(8. 6%)had a previous history of hyperuricemia,of whom 49 cases(1. 8%)had a gout history. 148 cases were newly diagnosed hyperuricemia(serum uric acid >420 μmol/L). The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 14. 22%(377/2652). The compliance standard of serum uric acid was <300 μmol/L in gouty patients and ≤360 μmol/L in other patients. In the patients with a previous history of hyperuricemia,the compliance rate of serum uric acid was22. 7%(52/229).ConclusionThe prevalence of hyperuricemia and gout in elderly diabetic patients in China were 14. 22 % and 1. 8% respectively. The compliance rate of serum uric acid was 22. 7% in patients with previous history of hyperuricemia.
