摘  要:针对椎间盘材料参数识别问题,提出了一种基于有限元反分析的响应面法.该方法采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法进行材料参数组合,利用有限元模型模拟不同材料参数组合的应变,以仿真结果和实验结果的均方根误差为目标函数,将具有交叉项的二次多项式作为响应面函数,通过回归分析确定其待定系数,经过方差分析对其进行简化,并对其精度进行验证.最后,应用响应面优化算法搜索最小化目标函数值的材料参数的组合.通过算例验证了采用响应面法识别的材料参数的仿真结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性.研究方法为识别其他生物力学材料参数提供了途径.In order to identify the material parameters of intervertebral disc,the response surface method was proposed based on the inverse finite element analysis.In this method,the Box-Behnken test design was used to combine the material parameters,the strain of them was simulated by finite element method.The root mean square error of the simulation results and experimental results was taken as the objective function.The quadratic polynomial with cross terms was used as the response surface function.Its'coefficients were determined by regression analysis.It was simplified by variance analysis,and its'accuracy was verified.Finally,the response surface optimization algorithm was used to search the material parameters which minimizes the objective function value.The example simulation shows that the optimal simulation results have a good agreement with the experimental results,and the material parameters are closer to the actual.The research method provides a way to identify other biomechanical material parameters.
